Jennifer Doyle

Judicial Program Analyst

Mrs. Doyle joined the Office of Children and Families in the Court within the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts as a Judicial Programs Analyst in June 2021.


Before her current position, Mrs. Doyle was employed by the University of Pittsburgh/School of Social Work/Child Welfare Resource Center as a Quality Improvement Specialist (2019-2021). In this position, she supported the development, implementation, and monitoring of PA Program Improvement Plans and developed and maintained protocols, policies, and procedures for evaluative tools for data collection. She provided training, technical assistance, and transfer of learning for stakeholders to support the State Quality Service Reviews and the Federal Child and Family Service Reviews.


Mrs. Doyle began her career with Lycoming County Joinder Board for Children and Youth Services, Mental Health Services, and Individual with Disabilities Programs. (1997-2019). Over the 22 years in Lycoming County, she held several roles, including Shelter Care House Parent, Assessment and Emergency Services Caseworker, Adoption Caseworker, Early Intervention Service Coordinator, and Ongoing Caseworker and Supervisor.


Mrs. Doyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. She maintained a PA Certificate for Caseworker and Supervisor throughout her 22 years in county work.
