About OCFC
OCFC was created by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to create more positive outcomes for foster children.
Our commitment to our four guiding principles is unwavering, and our goal is to minimize the trauma children may experience in dependency court. By working closely with courts and other system partners, we aim to provide speedy permanency in a safe, happy, and loving environment for all Pennsylvania children.
