Belinda Eigen
Judicial Program Analyst
Ms. Eigen joined the Office of Children and Families in the Courts within the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts as a Judicial Programs Analyst in May 2019.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Eigen was employed by the Department of Human Services, Office of Children, Youth and Families (2015-2019). While there, she held the positions of Human Services Program Specialist (HSPS) and Business Analyst. As a HSPS, Ms. Eigen executed and managed statewide contracts for mandated reporter training, child abuse prevention and education, Accurint®, and Safe Haven. In this role, she also provided technical assistance to county Children & Youth agencies regarding credit report requirements for youth in foster care. As a Business Analyst, Ms. Eigen supervised the Data Management Unit. This unit was responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of child welfare data to both those within the office and external stakeholders. In this role, she developed data visualizations in Tableau, recommended data quality improvements, and provided technical assistance to counties regarding the Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System (AFCARS).
Ms. Eigen began her career in child welfare at The Bair Foundation as a Case Aide (2012-2015). While there, she had the opportunity to hear from children and youth first-hand regarding how their experiences in foster care impacted them.
Prior to her work with children and families, Ms. Eigen worked for the Baptist Resource Network, providing resources to newly planted churches (2006-2012). The Baptist Resource Network is a 501c3 that partners with six associations across Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey to promote healthy churches in their communities.
Ms. Eigen is a graduate of Shippensburg University where she earned a degree in Sociology.
