To obtain CLE Credits, you must complete the conference evaluation listed above. CLE’s can NOT be processed until the evaluation has been received. Once you have submitted the required conference evaluation, please send the Uniform Certificate of Attendance, which can be found in the link below, to the address listed on the Uniform Certificate of Attendance. The form must be accompanied by a check made out to the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) in the appropriate amount. The program is approved for a maximum of 4 Substantive Credits.
